UNC does its best to ensure that its customers are happy with their purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date on which you receive the item to return it to:
All we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygienic reasons jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to return or exchange
- Pack your garment in its original packaging or another closed bag/box.
- Fill in the return form and follow the steps on the form.
- Email us to inform us of your items to return.
- Hand the parcel in at the post office, remembering to get a receipt as proof of postage.
We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll confirm and send the item you would like in exchange or issue a refund by the same payment method as your order.
The financial responsibility for the return is yours. Items bought online can be returned free of charge at our store on Lijnbaan 150 in Rotterdam.
