When will my order arrive?
Once we have received your order, it can take 1 - 3 working days to reach you. In the Netherlands we aim for next-day delivery. We will keep you updated as much as possible. When we ship your parcel we'll immediately send you an email with the track and trace code, so that you can track your UNC parcel. If there are any problems, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
When I send a return or exchange back to UNC, how long will it take?
Once you have posted your return or exchange back to us it can take up to 21 days to reach our warehouse. When we received your package we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund or exchange will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible.
The item I like has sold out. Will you be getting more in?
We always try to re-stock our popular styles to give you the best possible selection of our great brands of womenswear. But we also love to keep updated and show you the latest fashion musthaves. So please keep your eye out! If there is a particular garment you would like to enquire about, please contact our Customer Service team via email.

Besides our online store you can also visit UNC on one of our on tour locations. Young brands, new concepts, the latest fashion trends and the never-out-of-styles can all be found at one of our UNC pop-up boutiques. Find everything you need of an entire working week and pre-curated for you.
